AB12 Logfiles growing
It looks like the logfile %ProgramData%\Acronis\WebServer\Logs\web_server.log is growing endless. Most logfiles in MMS directories are maintained (gz, removed) automatically.
It is grown to 450MB in the last 45 days.
Any approved solution to clean up logfiles?

Hi Igor,
thanks for your hint, actually there is 1GB max filesize and total count of 25 files in the config (maxBytes and backupCount in logging.json), so 25Gb in grand total when log begins to "rotate out". It appears a bit too much for simple web UI logging in mostyl single user environments. It should be considered to set these values to appropriate levels (like the other logfiles).
My logfile does contain every POST, GET and python backend action but not often repeating messages, looks normal. I've not done a full log check but some around 10..20kb per minute has been logged (15..30 entries/minute).
Also this installation has been upgraded multiple times, maybe the logging settings are persistent from first release and have changed recently.

Hello Raphael,
This was a bug in the release build (25 GB wss the setting on our cloud AMSes, not the personal on-premise ones). Current versions will have 100MBx10 file rotation.
We don't normally change these config files during update (to not override user-configured etc. settings), but I will add a specific requirement for a check on this log to make sure that this issue is fixed.
