backup failed due to restart of service
Using Backup 12 licenced on windows 10 (64 bit) and my backups have stopped with message "backup failed due to restart of service".
Has anyone else had this problem and how do i fix it?
It appears to have occured after a windows 10 cumulative update.
have had trouble with online chat with Acronis support and will keep trying but in the meantime can anyone help me i need to get my backups up and running again before xmas

Hi John,
It might be the new Windows feature "Restart Outside of Active Hours" has been triggered. Have seen this also on Windows Server 2012.
