Cannot Add New Backup Plan or Edit existing???

Thread needs solution

Please help, my backups have stopped working and I can see that the Full Machine backup is now trying to snapshot a USB drive that is in the server. I am trying to edit the job but I just get a spinning green circle. I get a spinning green circle when I try to create a new backup job too. This is a remote server using the latest Server agent. I am trying to edit/create via the web management console.

Help Acronis please.

Hi Andrew,

Such issues should be reported to our support team first of all - it's not a common problem and likely the symptoms are unique (probably related to type of connection of a USB drive), so it has to be investigated separately via checking the logs, observing the sytem behavior, localizing the problem, etc.
