Cloud Storage not available?

Thread needs solution

Hi guys,

we use Acronis Backup 12 Virtual Host and we have 2 licences.

If I click on "Backups - Cloud Storage" and I try to log in it always keeps saying "Access not permitted - credentials wrong for cloud storage".

But my user/pass is correct since I can login to my Acronis profile or to the forums too.

Does that mean we do not have any cloud storage space or why do I get this error message?

Hi, you're right, this is because you don't have a subscription for Cloud Storage under you account. We know about this confising message and going to fix it further.
