Hello,

I noticed that your product does not cover nomad end-users, am I wrong?

We cannot make a simple file-folder backup on a laptop... because laptop users boot and shutdown frequently.

Is there plans to integrate a backup option like the continuous replication on the mobile phones?

We are totally amazed by the Acronis Cloud 12 version. We already created a storage gateway in our datacenters and we can sell it very easily to our partners, but it works only for "datacenter-like" installs. I suppose this is the way Acronis has always worked, but the Cloud version is opening new horizons.

Currently we have users on several services like backblaze or livedrive, and we cannot migrate the users over Acronis.

Thank you for your feedback.

You can set the backup to local folder (for fast recovery) with replication to cloud. Schedule can be set to start backup every two-four hours. In this case customers always have data on local storage and some of recovery points will be transferred to cloud.

We have plans to address this case by adding continious backup option. Cannot provide exact timeframe.

thanks for your answer!

I hope you are getting there soon! This option would be very much appreciated, as we cannot ask end-users without IT to configure local + cloud backups from the Acronis Cloud Console.

The best would be to have a simplified Cloud account to be able to achieve simple file / folder backups for them.
