Hi Martin,

Most likely the outgoing ports mentioned on the screen shot are indeed disabled in particular network segment, so you'll need to check it either in firewall settings on particular machine or in router settings.

Also you can check whether the required ports are available via dedicated tool https://kb.acronis.com/content/47678 article.
