Licence problem (upgrade from 11.7 and clean install)
Hi, i have purchased a upgrade licence of Acronis Backup v12 Build 3602 (from my Acronis Backup 11.7). After installation i have noticed some missing functionality (such restore on virtual machine, disk utility and tib mounting), but the worst problem is licence activation system.
I'm using a Windows 10 professional pc with online Microsoft account. My Acronis account share the same email address, BUT different password.
Installing Acronis backup 12 i need to insert in web interface my pc user and login (email and password from Microsoft account): acronis backup seem to work,but with no access to Acronis Cloud storage. After inserting my Acronis account data i see the acronis cloud storage, BUT acronis Backup switch to unregistered mode and there are no way to reactivate (via acronis account sync or manual serial code inserction).
Actually i have reinstalled (clean install) Acronis backup 12 twice and this problem is recurring (using IE 11, Chrome 53 and Firefox 48): after Acronis Cloud Storage activation i cannot use anymore Acronis Backup 12 .
Actually i have reinstalled Acronis Backup 11.7: more stable and with more functions.
A optional, standalone and not web based interface will be useful also: the web interface is terrible.
