License Issues

Thread needs solution

I purchased 3 licenses for Acronis Backup. I see that the three licenses have been assigned to my account and when I add a device it adds to my licences. They expire in August this year. 

When I start to create a backup, after choosing the files for instance it says that I don't have any valid licenses and therefore cannot move forward with the backup. 

I have only had problems with licensing since purchasing. One of the acronis technicians followed this procedure at one stage and it seemed to resolve the problem. One of the steps was to delete the license server database aftre stopping the services. Then starting services and syncing licenses again. 

I wanted to try this but I cant remember where the License Server Database is located?

Does anyone know where i can find it ot perhaps know of a solution? Thanks

Hi Shawn,

Have you tried to bind the licenses to required protected machines manually from Settings->Licenses section of the web console interface? If this doesn't help then some screen shots showing the current licenses assignment + screen shot of the step where you get the error will be helpful. Please also clarify whether you're using cloud-based console or whether Acronis Backup 12 is installed in on-premise mode (where Acronis Management Server component is running in your environment locally)?
