Problem when attempting to connect to Exchange Server.

Thread needs solution

Hello, when attempting to connect to my Microsoft Exchange Server under "Devices" I am presented with a box asking to specify credentials. I enter the domain\username of the account that has full access but after a few seconds I am presented with another box stating

"The Credential of the Exchange Server `MSExchangeLocalCredentials` are incorrect.

I have followed all the guides I have found with regards to which groups the account needs to be a member of and other user settings on the server use SECPOL but still no luck. I have also created a mailbox for the backup account on the exchange server, setup as a normal user.

I have 27 days left on my trial so would like to test an exchange server backup before it expires. All other backups (Full data, differential, and image) work perfectly, I can also take a full image of the Exchange server with no problems.

Thanks in advance!

Little bump as it seems the support people have passed this one by, my trial is slowly running out so would like to resolve ASAP.

THanks.

Still waiting! Symantec support was far quicker/more verbose than this.. 24 days left on trial and still no exchange backup. :(

OK, I've added a snip of the error message.. Incredibly I have googled the phrase  "MSExchangeLocalCredentials"  and the only result it returns is this forum post.
