Thread needs solution

Hi Support Team,

I just renew the acronis, and Download Acronis Backup 12, run on WIN7

I backup all file to server, but it show"Cannot find archive"

I already uninstall the software and reinstall still have this problem. what can I do right now ?

Hi,

Such error may appear if the access to the backup location (\\backupstorage\d\ in your case) is unavailable from the machine which performs the backup. For example if the share is read-only the same error may be given. You should make sure that the same path can be opened for write access from the machine which is backed up . Also try accessing the backup location using the IP address instead of hostname (e.g. \\192.168.10.10\D\ ) when specifying the backup location. If nothing helps, please contact our support team for assistance.
