Still cannot change encryption key

Thread needs solution

The excuses for why we are not allowed to change an encryption key for a backup set still don't hold water.  I get it, if a key were to be changed you'd have to know both the new and old keys to access data, but that holds true even if you create a new backup set.  When one configures a backup set with specific files/folders/options to force us to recreate that just becuase an office manager leaves and we want to change the key for future backups is just illogical.  It's not like we're going to delete existing backups becuase an employee leaves, but moving forward we want a new key for safety.  It's time for Acronis to understand this and give us the right to change our keys at will.
