12.5: Error 100011 upon opening

Thread needs solution

Using workstation 12.5 build 8850 on windows 10 64-bit pro. Clean install. Error 100011 after logging in. Can not import my plans (further errors). All this was working fine for a good month+ without any errors so not sure what changed. Anyone have any ideas?

Hello Sylvester, 

This is usually tied to specific environment problems, like a lack of permissions. This was the most common cause in previous builds (see https://kb.acronis.com/content/59931 )

The specific reason is hard to pinpoint without a proper investigation. I would suggest reaching out to our support engineers in parallel. 

In the meantime, I would check to make sure all our services are running and the Windows event log for errors tied to those same services.
