12.5 update 2 Appliance install
Hi
We have installed the new Appliance build 12.5.9010 but cannot find how to change the IP address to static from its DHCP allocated address. Where is this setting hiding please?!
Thanks

I'm doing my first deployment of Acronis 12.5 using the "AcronisBackup_All-in-One_Appliance" OVF. I'm trying to do the same thing, change the IP to static from DHCP.
The documentation that you linked to refers to changing things under "Agent options".
Where exactly is "Agent options"?
After installing and powering on the appliance, the console is a text-based screen that says:
"Welcome to Acronis Backup appliance (build 12.5.9010) Use the following links to connect to this machine: Acronis Backup console: http://<IP>:9877 Cockpit web console: http://<IP>:9090"
Below that there's a login prompt. I can log in and get to a bash shell.
I can log in to the "Acronis Backup console" at http://<IP>:9877, but I don't see anything called "Agent options". I can click around and see my one agent, but I can't configure any of its properties.
I can log in to the "Cockpit web console" at http://<IP>:9090, but I don't see anything called "Agent options".
I also want to change the default web port and force HTTPS only. I see instructions fo doing this on Windows and Linux, but not for the appliance. Would I simply follow the Linux instructions in the console (or the terminal in the "Cockpit web console")?
Then I'll need to figure out why NTP isn't working.
Thanks

Poking around a bit more, it looks like the documentation you referenced is referring to configuring an individual VMware agent ("Deploying Agent for VMware (Virtual Appliance) from an OVF template").
I'm trying to reconfigure the all-in-one appliance. The only reference to it I can find in the documentation refers to it as "Acronis Backup appliance". I don't see any way to reconfigure the IP settings after installing it. I imagine I could do so via the terminal, but I don't know if any services running on the appliance will need manual changes after doing so.
I need to set a static IP and custom DNS servers.
Is there a way to change these network settings of the all-in-one appliance after it's installed? (I'm using the "AcronisBackup_All-in-One_Appliance" OVF.)
I was able to chmod 0400 the /var/lib/Acronis/ApiGateway/api_gateway.json file, open it in vi, change auto_redirect to true, save it, chmod it back to 0400, and restart the service. This makes the web server always redirect to HTTPS.
I'd like to change the web server's port to the standard 80/443, however. Is that possible? If so, how?
For NTP, I've logged into the "Cockpit web console" and clicked on the time under System, System Time and got to the config page. I'm able to choose "Manually" or "Automatically using NTP", but I'm unable to choose "Automatically using Specific NTP servers". That option is greyed out. I can click on it and add servers, but once I apply the changes the setting reverts to "Automatically using NTP" and there's a status icon stating that it can't sync (because of our firewall).
Is there some special requirement to get NTP set up with custom servers? Or would it be better to have ESXi sync the appliance's time with the physical host?

+1
How to change the IP address of the CentOD based AiO appliance?
How to change the NTP server?
Same issues of user Brian Stewart also apply for me.

I had to redeploy the appliance from scratch. They said they would make a change to enable changing the IP without having to redeploy, but I don't think they ever did.
