The issue you described needs to be investigated. We recommend that you open a case with Acronis Support Team and provide them with the following logs:

- Process Monitor logs

When your account gets unlocked, please run the Process Monitor application, reproduce the issue and save the logs.

- Acronis System Report  should also be collected after issue reproducing from the machine with Agent where you tried to browse the network location from.
