Acronis 12.5 Agent cannot see internal hard drive on Dell Precision 5820 XL workstation

I just installed Acronis 12.5 (latest build update 3.2) on several Dell Precision 5820 XL workstations, but when I try to create a backup plan on the backup management server, it cannot see the internal hard drive on the workstation.  Thus, it fails when trying to run the backup plan.

Strangely enough, if I plug a usb drive into the workstation, the backup management server does see that.

I recently had no issues installing Acronis 12.5 on 5810 XL workstations, but this is my first time trying it on the 5820 XL machines.

Any suggestions as to what might be causing the problem?

Hello Michael,

we will need Acronis System Report collected from that workstation in order to analyze what happened there.
