Acronis 12.5 Backup Agent will not install

Thread needs solution

I am testing Acronis 12.5 on my Exchange Server.  The management server is installed on a PC and working fine.  Tested the agent on another server and everything worked fine.  Now I want to test it in my real world scenario.  Doing the install I put in the PC name (also tried using the IP).  I then tried to give it the login info and it said either the user name or password are incorrect.  They are not.  Worked on the other server.  So I selected the choice above that and told it to use the credentials from the Exchange Server.  It seemed to like that and moved forward.  The installation fails most of the way through.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Norman,

Firstly, please make sure you enter credentials in the format: domain_name\user_name.

Secondly, please make a screenshot of your login screen and an error message you receive.

Please also download and run AcronisInfo utility on your Exchange server where you are trying to install Acronis Agent. Then please collect the systeminfo.zip file in the same folder where you placed the utility and upload it to the FTP link that I've sent you in a private message.

To access private message click on My account at the top of a forum page and then to Dialog.
