Acronis 12.5 bootable backup media for HP ProLiant DL360 Gen10

Thread needs solution

Hello,
I would like to create a bootable media for HP ProLinat DL360 Gen Server.
Unfortunately I have to use the option WinPE. Because linux version does not include the driver for the HP smart array (RAID). My problem is to find the location off the drivers to include them to win PE.
I check C:\Windows\System32\drivers and also the locatio given in device manager. But there is no driver ini file.
Does anyone had the same problem and could give a tip for solving?

Best regards

Hello Makro,

welcome to Acronis forums!

Please download and unzip drivers from the computer manufacturer's website. You need drivers, that are listed under "Storage", "Chipset", "Disks", "SATA", "AHCI", "RAID", "NVMe", "PCIe", "M.2", "U.2", "USB", "Network", "Ethernet", "Wi-Fi" sections. If you do not need network support, skip "Ethernet", "Network" and "Wi-Fi".

The drivers must be extracted in a folder so that individual files .inf, .sys, .cat etc are present. If the drivers are in a single .exe or .msi file, try launching this file, see if it offers an option to extract rather than install drivers.

You will need to specify the path to the folder with unpacked drivers that you prepared in the necessary *.inf format.
