Acronis 12.5 : Problem with deleting backup in local & make a backuping in cloud storage

Hi everyone,

I have two issues:

  1: I programmed a backup of my servers in local storage everyday at 12:15 AM, but eachtime i have this error " Failed to delete the backups " for one server only.

Error code: 217
Module: 161

Message: Failed to delete the backups.

 2:I want to make a backup of my servers in storage cloud but i have this error " The specified file does not exist":

Message: The specified file does not exist.

N.B: you find in attachments the logs of each issue.

Hi,

The issue is related to backup format version 12 vs particular environment specifics. We have currently a couple of opened cases with similar symptoms and these issues are under investigation by our support and development teams (internal IDs for reference: TTASK-21757 + TTASK-21163). You should contact our support team and submit a new ticket so that we can collect more details from your environment and make sure that the root cause of the issue is fixed for all our customers.

P.S. The temporary workaround for the problem would be to create a new backup plan and change the Backup Options->Backup format-> to "Version 11" in order to generate a new backup archive in old format which should be free from such problems.

The backup is launched, we are waiting for its end.

The backup on the Acronis Storage Cloud is working with the '' Version 11 '' instead of '' Automatic selection '' modification.
