Acronis 12.5 problem with sftp localization

Hi

problem is very strange. Acronis 12.5 installed on VMware platform as Virtual Machine, Acronis works as backup system for several VM. Have been worked  correctly over 2 years but ...  last time backup for some machines fails. 

This situation noticed only when first localization is at local directory and second is  described as sftp localization

(sftp:// ................) First part of backup works correctly, but second fails, when file .tibx is greater than 64 GB that stops at 64 GB transferred with notice  " Network disconnected."

This same time - I've tried to put those files bigger than 64 GB ( for instance, 128 GB) using manually connected sftp from Acronis server to this destination - transfer works correctly, no errors ...

Have you any idea ?

Since the error message is " Network disconnected." but with manually connected sftp from Acronis server to the destination everything works correctly, looks like the root of the issue is in the network connection during replication.

I can't provide you with more details on the issue without the activity log. Could you please open that failed activity (Overview -> Activities, select this failed operation, Show details-> Download log) and share it here?

Hi

i hope isn't to late to resolve my problem - two weeks I've spent seeking other solutions, by the means - I've noticed, that transfer stops when sum of all tranferred files to sftp end point is greater than 64 GB - not only one greater than that ! I've marked at backup options position " Divide backup files to  fixed size file " and set it to 50 GB. First file was 50 GB, but next onlu 14 GB and after that backup stops ...

Of course, the matter is about second localization - first never divide files .

I put file you supposed - activity_log.txt. I hope, it will, be useful to solve this strange problem.

Hello.

Thanks for sharing a log file and providing additional details. 

Most probably, that the root of this issue in re-attempt that does not work on the replication step which should provide uninterrupted of big data transfer in case of network instability.

I advise that you open a case with Acronis Support Team to investigate this problem.
