Acronis Backup 12.5 - Unable to force SSL connection to Web Management Console

Hi Team,

We currently use the Web Management console via HTTP and HTTPS without any issues.  

I would like to only allow access via HTTPS (and as a secondary issue use a third party SSL certificate).  

I've tried following the steps documented here https://kb.acronis.com/content/58130

I've set SSL enabled="1" in the config.xml and restarted the "Acronis Service Manager Service".

This does stop access via HTTP but when I attempt to log in via HTTPS the login page reports "Internal Server Error" after I enter my domain credentials.

Can you please assist?
