Acronis Backup 12.5 Update 4 new build 14240 : user interface not launching

Hi,

Just installed latest acronis backup hyperv host for 2 different customers and same result for those 2 customers : install is finishing with success (no error message)

Launching acronis backup icon from the desktop opens your default internet browser, then the login windows, and then... nothing

I tried with Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome : no success at all

What is launching is just the well known blue background of the management webpage without any icon nor text so I can't do nothing

I truly believe this is related to the latest version of the software because I did not have this problem with the previous version that I installed numerous times on a lot of different customers' servers

Can you please help? Or just modify your download center to give access to earlier versions like 13400 for example?

We need a patch.

We are sorry to know that you've encountered this issue. This is a known issue which has been already fixed. The fix is available in newly published build #14280.

Otherwise, you can work around it by changing your browser setting to English.
