Hi,

Can you please clarify the symptoms, e.g. how exactly media on flash drive doesn't work? Are there any errors when trying to boot it on BIOS systems? Also please clarify which Acronis components you included when creating the media via Media Builder?

Thank you.

Theres no errors. it was tested on vmware workstation and isntead of acronis loader appear it boots directly on the windows. bios firmware is configured on vmware and also the boot order to removable device

when i try the boot from cd both bios and uefi loads without problems

Have you tried booting any other machine (like physical BIOS machine) from the same flash drive? It could be that the problem is specific to VMware Workstation itself which cannot boot from directly attached USB flash drive which is connected to the VM, regardless of what's inside the flash drive. If this is not the case and booting a VMware Workstation VM in BIOS mode from some other media saved on flash drive works properly, then please contact our support team for further assistance with the issue since it would require separate investigation.

Thank you.
