Acronis managed machine service don't start

Hello,

I want to install the backup agent monitor into a windows 10 creators update 32 bit operating system. The agent installs succesfully but didnt run. When i see the services windows the service acronis managed machine service always are stop. I try to start the service but, always returns 1053 error. I probe changing the account who start this service with the administrator account instead the local acronis agent user and didnt work.

I try to install the agent with the manager console and downloading and installing the software from this web page.

Can you tell me how i can solve this problem?

Hi,

Until recently there was a known issue in Windows 10 Creators update which caused multiple 3rd party services (including Acronis ones) to crash on this Windows update. Please see this thread for details. The solution there was to install KB4016240 from Microsoft which fixed the issue. Most likely you have similar problem, so it definitely makes sense to install this KB update.
