Hi Dear Team,
I pasted the output when I create to backup any machine.
I created a case last week to Acronis support team, I am still waiting them to solve this critical issue. because I do not have any backups for LAST WEEK.
Also I cannot see/modify/delete the backup plans before upgrade!!!
and can not create new ones.

Thank you so much for your answer Vasily.
I created new backup plan. it worked.
Other thing to solve is cannot see and modify the older backup plans. I see backup plans next to machine name (>devices>all machines>next backup) but I cannot see them under Plans>backup. it is not important for me older backup plans, I can delete them but I can't.
Have Great Day!

Hi Vasily:
I upgraded from 11.5 to 12.5 yesterday and I'm getting basically the same error.
Error code: 11
Module: 606
LineInfo: 0x2A0CF3E48ECE3369
Fields: {"$module":"access_manager_vsa64_7970","path":"C:\\ProgramData\\Acronis\\BackupAndRecovery\\MMS\\AccessVault\\config\\preferred"}
Message: Cannot open file.
Can I get a copy of the preferred file too? That download link you provided the other user requires a login now (guessing it expired).
Best regards,
James

Hi James,
Please see the "preferred" file attached here (the FTP link above indeed has expired) in .zip package. Still it's strange that you still see this problem since you're using Update 1 build already. Probably it's a specific combination of very old 11.5 build (since 11.5 there were multiple updates released) vs b. 7970 in 12.5.
Thank you.
