Agent unable to run.

Thread needs solution

Windows edition = windows Server standard service pack 2 .

version 6.0.6003

Download agent for all (32bits ).

Click on the exe , the agent doesnt run at all.

thanks for posting on Acronis forums!

Please double-click on the installation file and wait a bit longer (sometimes the system needs time to process it).

Please also temporary disable your anti-virus software which could block the installation and select to run the installation file "as administrator".

If these steps do not help, please specify the version of Acronis Backup 12.5 that you try to install so that we could check its MD5 checksum.

Being trying for days at installing it still cannot work,

Disable  all the anti virus already and run as administrator also cannot work .

I just download the all agents for windows(32-bit) from cloud itself. My other 64 bits server is using v12.5.12960 , so 32 bit should be the same

First of all, I recommend that you install the latest build #13400 of Acronis Agents as described in the following KB articlehttps://kb.acronis.com/content/59131#Cloud_deployment7

If this still does not help, please open a case with Acronis Support Team for investigation.
