Always incremental start growing fast

Thread needs solution

I have always incemental on fileserver.

it is about 700 GB.    From a few weeks it starts grow very fast and when I had 5 TB i have replicated it on tape and create new task and new backup file  for fileserver. But the new backup file also bacame big fast.  Now is 5 TB.

How to start diagnose what is the reason?

Is it possible to see what files were backed up in consecutive incremental backups?

In activisties i see that every day is bytes processed about 20 GB and bytes saved less.
But i have found sobedays with : Bytess processed 1,2 TB  BUT bytes saved a few GB.

One my suspition is that i have created taskreplicate to tape (only las backup)  every day. Maybe this task made any modyfcations in source befere raplicating?

Are you running Exchange or SQL by any chance?
If so, are you running application aware backups?
Just a thought.....

Hello Marek,

you may want trying to find out why the size of incremental backups is that large using the suggestion from https://forum.acronis.com/comment/455696#comment-455696
