The backup agent was offline at a scheduled backup time

Hi,

It's the second time it happens in 3 months, the management interface (on premise) reports the backup machine as offline. Reinstalling the agent fixed the issue the first time. The various Acronis services are OK (and we also tried to restart them) and the ports are open.

Could someone from Acronis take a look at this?

(We're using Acronis Backup Server 12.5)

The issue should be investigated by contacting our support team. Remember to capture system reports from both Acronis Management Server and the problematic agent side (from offline agent it can be captured via AcronisInfo utility) - see https://kb.acronis.com/content/58301
