Backup Error after update build 9010

Thread needs solution

hi,

after 9010 build of Acronis 12.5, my backup fails with strange error "Account Spec for lookup is not valid".

Why?

Hi Christian,

The error "Account Spec for lookup is not valid" is referring to the user account used in communication between Acronis components and can have multiple root causes. It is hard to say more without the additional information from the logs.
