Backup failed !

Thread needs solution

Hi everyone,

I'm a new Acronis user, and I faced a few issus while integrating this technology to our clients infrastructures.

But I have one issue I can t see why it still persist, tho i tried different troubleshooting advices I got from the net.

To make it short, I tried to apply a backup strategy on one of my servers, but the backup fails everytime.

Here's my issue details:

Hello Abdelhakim,

Welcome to Acronis user forums! The attached error message indicates, that the service 'service_process.exe' has unexpectedly finished. To localize the issue, please proceed as follows:

 1. On the machine in question, make sure that Acronis Managed Machine Service is up and running and the user account specified for the service has all necessary privileges. The full list of required privileges can be found here  Acronis Backup 12: Windows Services and Processes.

2. Take a look at Windows Event logs (System and Application tabs). Are there events with the ID 1000 Application crash for 'service_process.exe'? If yes, and all privileges are set correctly, please contact Acronis support team for more in-depth investigation.

I'm very thankful for your response, well I forgot to mention that the backup worked correctly few days ago, all the user credentials and previleges are set correctly.

Tho You are right about the ID 1000, there are a lot of crashs with the same event ID.

Shows some issu with the KERNELBASE.dll, I don t know what it is actually.
