Backup Job start approx. 1 hour earlier and are not in sync with system time
Hi,
since updating to the latest Version of Acronis backup 12.5 scheduled backups start approx. 1 hour to early.
Example:
Backup is scheduled for 21:30 CET
Backup is starting at 20:30Uhr CET
Time stamp in Acronis Dashbord: 21:25 CET
Sometimes the time on the machine whtich is backed up is changing as well. Entry in Eventlog:
Event ID 1:
Die Systemzeit wurde von 2019-05-28T01:06:36.192917200Z in 2019-05-28T01:06:39.156000000Z geändert.
Änderungsgrund: Die Uhrzeit wurde von einer Anwendung oder von einer Systemkomponente geändert.

Hi Maria,
thanks for your answer.
Time on AMS is (UTC+01:00) Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern, Rom, Stockholm, Wien) and coincide with remote Agent. Both machines are AD member and in Sync with PDC Master.

Hello Juergen.
We recommend that you open a case with Acronis Support Team in order to investigate these peculiarities. Please export this backup plan, collect Acronis System Report from the Agent in question and from Acronis Management Server and provide them to Acronis support engineers.
