Cant Backup Exchange Mailboxes Permission Denied - Errorcode: 22 Module: 309

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I just wanted to ask , if anyone can help me with that error message.

Right now, we are not able to constantly backup our Exchange Mailboxes.

Unfortunately I cant really find something at the Acronis KB:

Hi, thanks for the fast reply,

yes we checked all permissions and 3 days ago, everything works fine.

Right now we are waiting to reboot the mailserver and trying to reinstall the Acronis Agent.

Hi, as my colleague told me, the  Exchange Agent 12.5.10330 is working fine but the earlier installed version 12.5.11010 was not backing up the mailboxes.

I think the best practice for us is to update to Exchange 2016 asap...
