Can't log in to 12.5

Thread needs solution

When I click on the Acronis icon on the desktop Chrome starts and presents the login options Window. This has always worked before. Using the current login option has now stopped working. The screen flashes a few times like it is trying to do something and then puts me back at the login options window. I then tried using the manual option and entered the name and password. That also failed. Then I tried using Firefox. Both options failed there, too. Any error messages are flashing by too fast to see, but I got a quick glimpse of the actual word "Error" once in one of my Firefox attempts.

How do I troubleshoot this problem?

First of all, make sure that you are using the latest build: 11010
