Dashboard and Reports missing from backup management console v12.5

Thread needs solution

After installing V 12.5.7641 the Dashboard and the Reports are missing from the Overview on the console. Licenses are not syncing with My Acronis account. Console is a 12.5 Advanced Workstation running Windows 10 Pro

I think that is the reason why Dashboard and the Reports are missing. Try to add license key manually.

Can you post a screenshot of the license sync error?
