Make sure, Acronis Catalog Browser Service is installed, see Installing a storage node and a catalog service. I'd also recommend reading the how-to chapter Data catalog and Cataloging best practices.

MMS\Catalog cannot be used by Acronis Backup 12.5, so you may safely delete this folder. In order to start using the cataloging feature you'll need to install the Catalog service first.

Dear,
in my server, if the MMS\Catalog is not use. and the catalog service is not installed.
so how to catalog the backup into my server now? have other service with catalog function?

If the Catalog service is not installed, the data catalog won't be available. The Catalog section appears under the Backups tab only if at least one catalog service is registered on the management server. Please refer to my earlier comment https://forum.acronis.com/comment/449525#comment-449525
