Device just disappeared-Cannot add back!!

Thread needs solution

We are still testing Acronis 12.5, build 9010. Today when we opened the Dashboard  our Management Server had disappeared as a device. There is another Server we added that is still there.  We cannot add the other server back. We tried by name and by IP (it was previously listed by name). When we try to browse the network nothing gets listed, it is empty. When we try to add it, we get an error related to improper credentials,  but we see the proper server listed as the management server below that.

We tried restarting Acronis Management service

What do we do?

Hi,

It's hard to advise anything specific without checking the diagnostic information and the exact symptoms, so it makes sense to contact our support team for assistance. The symptoms look weird and probably there were some actions (like agents unregistration) done on the management server side which caused such effect.
