Device not existing

Thread needs solution

Dear all, I found a device in the list for backups which one does not exist - see JPG.

I´m using Chrome and I was deleting the whole Chrome cache too.

Hi

Try to restart Acronis Managed Machine Service on the target machine.

You can do it by executing the following commands (using administrator rights) on the target machine:

net stop mms

net start mms

After that refresh web page.

If problem still persists, please collect system information (select target machine, open Activities tab on the right and click "Collect system information") and attach it to this thread.
