Lo tengo instalado en Windows Server 2012 R2 y cuando reinicio el servidor, todo funciona correctamente y se hacen las copias a la hora programada, pero no se por que razón, cuando entro en el servidor al día siguiente o a los dos días, el icono del Backup monitor dice lo siguiente: "No es posible conectarse al agente de copia de Seguridad.Reconectando", y las copias no se hacen. Se queda asi hasta que reinicio.
Pueden decirme como solucionarlo, ya que no puedo estar reiniciando el servidor todos los días y no saber si las copias se están haciendo.

Such issues should be investigated by checking the log files from the agent side in order to see what is the issue with the backup agent services. Please contact our support team for assistance and remember to capture the system report from the affected server: https://kb.acronis.com/content/58301 (the first thing to look at would be \ProgramData\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\MMS\mms.0.log file).
