Details

checked the issue with RnD team and seems to be the issue occurs due to cached settings. It looks like first attempt to login was made before user was registered in cloud, in this case incorrect portal address was returned (web-api-cloud.acronis.com), and was cached and used later even after the customer's email was registered.

I've gone so far as to uninstall Acronis, still does  the same message

Hi Ramon,

I have found that your case was escalated to our development team yesterday on 6th of May (internal tracking ID: TTASK-23579) and the research is currently in progress. It makes sense to wait until the investigation is complete - our support team will let you know the results of course.

Thank you.
