Exchange 2016 CU4 Mailboxes Backup: Scheduling Error but Manually OK !
Hi guys,
I have a LAB experience as below:
- I have an Exchange 2016 CU4 Mailbox server on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter
- I've deployed Exchange Agent on this Exchange 2016 Mailbox Server
- Acronis Backup Advanced 12.5.7970
When i try to create a plan to backup 02 test mailboxes but each time plan run (on 10:05 A.M and 10:15 A.M), it fails. Between these two Backup Plan, i try to run the Plan manually (on 10:11 A.M) and it's OK.
The screenshots are as below (in action order)
01 - Plan detail
02 - before_1st_schedule
03 - 1st_schedule_error
04 - run_now_plan
05 - run_now_plan_OK
06 - device_next_backup
07 - 2nd_schedule_error
So how can i solve this problem ? Is it a bug of Acronis or just only this version of Acronis Backup doesn't support the Exchange Mailbox Backup Scheduling ?

Hi guys,
i found the solution that remove the scheduled job on the agent and restart schdule2 service on server.
Problem fixed now.
