Hello CHOK BR,

Welcome to Acronis forums! When exactly do you get this error message? During the creation of a backup plan? I've found a similar case, where the issue was caused by the Acronis License Server not being able to access the database and hence the software could not assign the license\get the feature list during the backup plan creation.

If you observe a similar situation, try to apply the following solution:
- open Start -> Run -> services.msc;
- stop Acronis Service Manager service and Acronis Management Server service;
- open  folder (it can be hidden)
- delete or rename  folder (please be aware that only Network Service account has the access rights so you need to adjust the folder owner and permissions to delete it. Because of that you can try to rename it first - usually it is possible);
- once the alsdb folder is renamed please open Start -> Run -> services.msc and start Acronis Service Manager service and Acronis Management Server service;
- try to create a backup plan again.

The next option to try would be the re-installation of the software (we recommend temporary disabling the anti-virus software before the installation).

Should the issue persist, please contact Acronis support team. If during the installation you specified a different user for Acronis Managed Machine Service, please make sure it has all necessary rights

Thank you,
