How to remove a catalog from managment server

In testing I've removed the catalog service from 2 catalog servers and they still appear in the management server under catalogs.

I added a 3rd catalog server and it has not shown up yet.

Is there a way to manually remove the old catalog servers from the management server?

Solved my own issue, again.

Just needed to close and reopen the browser and the management server now reflects the proper catalogs. Must be cached somewhere.
