thanks for your reply. But the command I've tried before I post this topic.
After 4 days, I got reply from Support Team. And just wait for next update to fix it.

This is Ivan Belinsky from Acronis. I will be working on this case until its final resolution.
From the case description I can see that the problem is that you cannot create the bootable media with closed-kernel drivers.
The root issue is that the additional ramdisk is XZ compressed noI but old 2.6.32 kernel does not support it. As a result the respective error appeared.
The problem has been fixed and the fix will be available in the next official update. We are expecting this new update to be released during 1-2 months.
Please let me know if we can close the case in state waiting for the fix (so as soon as the new update is released you will receive the e-mail notification).
