Install from Acronis console - Windows error: (0x80070519) The revision level is unknown

Thread needs solution

What does mean this error? It occurs when I trying to deploy agent from Acronis Web Console.

I attached full error massage.

Please help.

What Acronis product and what version are you using.

You are more likely to get a quick response if you post in product specific forum (as for ATI the version specific forum).

I am using Acronis Backup 12.5
 
Backup management server: v.12.5.11010
Backup management console: v.12.5.2265

Looks like Acronis Backup 12.5 is unable to start a remote service on the target machine. 

I recommend that you collect Acronis System Information from the target machine and share it with Acronis Support Team in order to investigate the reason why this service cannot be launched.
