lack of support, data loss when restoring backup

If using Acronis I strongly suggest that you practice restoring your backup on a regular basis to ensure that you can do all the steps necessary by yourself without assistance. Be very careful if restoring to a VM as the directions do not clearly warn of possible data loss.
Because of our experience and our lack of time to regularly test restoring the backups we are changing all of our backup software to a new option.
Below is the response we have from Acronis regarding allowing someone else to use our license

Hello,
Thank you for your email. My name is Pavan, replying on behalf of my colleague.
We apologize for the inconvenience but there is no option to transfer the license (even for free) We do not suggest to provide your credentials to anyone on the forum. That's why we did not respond you regarding sharing your registered e-mail and credentials.
I understand your experience with Acronis was not good but I request you not to share your personal details to anyone.
