Login into Backup Management Console failed

Thread needs solution

Hi, I just installed Acronis Backup 12.5. When accessing the console, my Win10 login credentials are not accepted - neither as an admin nor as a windows user without admin rights. Got stuck here at the very beginning of the installation... Thanks for pointing towards any helpful content in this case. Regards, CS01

Please, collect system information and upload it to the FTP link that I will send to you private message.

To collect system information do the following:

1. Start "c:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\AdvReport\systeminfo.exe", zip file will be created in that folder.

2. Upload zip file to the FTP server.

Thanks a lot for this comment.

I generated that zip file, and when inspecting what was generated, I found the file user_groups.txt which contained user names that are employed by Acronis. The names there DIFFER from both my AzureAD and my Windows10 account names. However, with these user names and my passwords for my other logins helped me access Acronis.

So I could solve my problem.
