Machine not added to the AMS

Hi,

We're facing a problem with the addition of certain machines to the AMS.

We run an AMS server in our datacenter and after performing an unattended installation of the agent in a Workstation, this workstation cannot be added to the AMS. We use the shortcut like with the other machines CTRL+SHIFT+ADD to add the machine and what happens is:

It stays checking credentials for around 2-3 minutes and nothing happens, after that time it goes back to the beginning allowing you to press OK to add the machine, but it cannot be added.

Is there a way to check any log to see why the machine is not being added to the server?

As a side note, let you know that if we run the agent installation with the exe in the workstation specifying the AMS in the agent installation the machine is added correctly to the AMS. The unattended installation is OK because other machines can be added without any problem.

according to this screenshot, you add this machine via the web interface. So, please check if all the requirements are met on that machine: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisBackup_12.5/…

If the problem still exists and you want to search for the root cause, please open this file after reproducing the issue \ProgramData\Acronis\AMS\logs\managemnetserver.0.log file

Otherwise, you can collect system information from the AMS server and upload it to the FTP link (I am sending you in Private Message).
