Network folder

Thread needs solution

Hi,

Since two weeks, Acronis can't reach our Network Folder, it has worked for a while (for a month), and now it's impossible to save backups on this networkd folder.

This network folder use filtering ip and a username (a password is set but no required). To access to this folder you need to give the full UNC : \\blablabla.net\mainfolder is a correct way, \\blablabla.net is a bad way, but Acronis always cut the correct way onto the bad way, is that the problem ? It is possible to stop with cut ?

In our procedure we've created at the beginning, we've give to Acronis the UNC : \\blablabla.net\mainfolder and the username and no password (you dont need a password if your IP is whitelisted), and that's worked a weeks.

And now, with username and password it's not possible, what did we do wrong ?

Hello,

Does it work if you set the password instead of leaving it blank?

If it also fails in that case, what are the error messages in both cases?

Thank you!
