New Install - Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard
Brand new install of Acronis 12.5 on three servers. The two 2008 R2 serves are having no issues however, my 2012 R2 server is unable to complete any type of backup. I have tried, Entire Machine, Disk Level and File/Folder level and all error. Each backup appears to create a 3MB file on the NAS server and gets stuck at 12%. The errors logs are slightly different each time but the root cause seems to be an inability to lock a file. Here is a log file from a backup plan where I just wanted to backup the C:\temp folder. This was a test. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Thank you for your suggestion. I have managed to solve the issue though. I noticed there was an switch port problem with the server connection which was affecting transfer of packets.
I fixed that issue but the server was still unable to finish an install. I then thought there may have been an issue with the installation of the agent software on the machine (something not detected) due to network errors. So I decided to uninstall the agent from the server (had to use the cleanup_tool), rebooted server and reinstalled the agent remotely from the Management Server.
I recreated the plans and the backup worked without a hitch.
So all is looking good at the moment. Thanks for your help.
