Perpetual License expired

Thread needs solution

Hi, I have bought a perpetual license a year ago.
few days ago, the maintenance support has expired, since then Acronis continue to bother me about expired license, my machines lose license codes and I can't perform backup.

Ok the alert that I don't have anymore free support and free updates, but the license should be PERPETUAL!!!

why it blocks me to perform backups???

ok, if I assign again to the machine it works again, but why I have to do every day???

As far as I can see on the screenshot of Settings – Licenses, the license is not assigned to any machine. Please follow the instructions to assign it. 

This step should resolve the issue. If the issue persists, could you please send us further screenshots:

  1. A screenshot of the agents overview (Setting – Agents).
  2. A screenshot of Settings – licenses
  3. A screenshot of the error message.
