Recreate Catalog possible?
Hi there,
We ran into disk space issues on our Storage Node and had to manually delete a old backup file to free up some space to get things running again.
Subsequently our cleanup Job creates now an error when trying to delete this old backup file but it can't find it anymore.
Is there any possibility to recreate the catalog? We think that this should solve the issue...
Regards,
Thomas

Hi Ekaterina,
Thanks for your answer. I can't find a Refresh Button there... we are running Acronis Backup Advanced 12.5.
Can you post a screenshot where the button is located?
Thank you

Sorry, mixed the topics. In case of a managed location you can try running re-index as outlined in https://kb.acronis.com/content/37800

When trying to execute the command from the KB article I get this error:
An error occurred while executing the command.

$module = "acrocmd_vsa64_10130"
`anonymous-namespace'::PrintPerformingResult : e:\215\enterprise\command_line\engine\impl\engine.cpp(65)
Parameter 'name' is not provided.

CommandLine::ReindexVaultOptions::ReindexVaultOptions : e:\215\enterprise\command_line\abr11\commands\reindex_vault\utils\reindex_vault_options.cpp(38)
Can you give me a hint again? I saw that the KB article is referring to ABR 11.5.
Is the command the same in 12.5?

Hello Thomas,
I've discussed your issue with the support team - apparently the case is more complicated, so it would be better to continue troubleshooting via support ticket with one of our expert engineers.

Hey,
again an issue regarding backups and the databases where I get the impression that you come in big trouble if a backuzp is missed, deleted or anything else.
In my case a backup on a storage node became completely damaged because I accidently shut down the location where the backup destination was....so the file was partly written and I had no chance to repair it.....
ANd I also had some isses if I deleted files manually after (!) the related backups were deleted in the GUI.
It seems as even a deleted backup needs some files on the backup destination....
